Hello and welcome to the Shadow Guard's website. Below are a few rules/guidelines that are necessary to keep our clan desirable and respectable.
Use your common sense!!!!
SG does not tolerate discrimination in any form – including but not limited to racism, sexism, or harassment – by or towards any member of SG in any circumstance.
Do not post any political videos or memes in any of the discord server channel. This clan does not support any political opinion or party and will not allow any discussion in any of our public channels. These types of discussions have no place in a clan of gamers.
Never leave a fellow Shadow Guard member behind. Do not leave a game with your fellow member(s) of the guard because you are losing or not playing well. This is considered leaving a man behind which includes but is not limited to, meetings, game nights, tournaments and ect.
Do not spam any of the chatrooms.
Do not post porn, gore, etc in any channels! This community/clan supports ZERO NSFW content.
No Posting External IP or Invite links to other discord servers.
Do not impersonate staff or other members.
Shadow Guard members may not partake in the following prohibited activities, which includes but is not limited to: illegal software alteration, sale or use of game mods not approved by the developers, console manipulation, forms of piracy, theft, vigilantism, sexual harassment or assault, harassment, stolen valor, and/or acts of treason.
While the Shadow Guard abides with healthy competition among fellow gamers, the community maintains a strict non-hostility policy. No member or guest shall engage in disrespectful trash talk, bashing, insulting, bullying, DDOSing, doxing, or other such disrespectful behavior to another gamer inside or out of the community on any platform. Furthermore, a member shall not retaliate in any form against hostilities but should block communications and report the incident to the chain of command.
Remember, you represent the clan and all its members.
Any breach of good conduct by a SG member or guest which is disrespectful, hostile, and/or brings a discredit to the community may result in a strike, demotion, ban, or addition to the Removed/Blacklist as seen fit by the leaders within SG. Appeals to the former can be made to the Chain of Command while appeals to the latter can be conducted through the SG Round Table system.
Members and Guests are not permitted to be clan hopping at any given time.
SG leaders are responsible for enabling a safe gaming environment for all members and guests.
Members must be active and have discord as a means of contacting for inactivity and to be a gathering place (especially for cross-play game).
To gauge a players maturity, a possible 1 on 1 Voice chat (Discord Call, Xbox Party...ect.) outside the server may be used to see if a member should be allowed admittance.
In this clan we want to make sure that everyone is regularly active to make sure that the clan is used as effectively as possible. The current requirement is as follows:
Members must be active.
Members who are inactive will be messaged at (1 month - 1 month and 2 weeks) of inactivity.
Members who are inactive after the initial message roughly (1 month - 2 weeks [at 2 months they will be removed]) will then be kicked.
Members who are kicked can message the original warning issuers if they are interested in joining the clan again (given that there are available slots and on what platform).
